If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so that we can resolve the issue promptly and improve our services.

How to Make a Complaint
If you have a complaint, please follow the steps below:

2. Formal Complaint Submission
If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit a formal complaint in writing by email or post. Please include all relevant details and any previous communication regarding the issue.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and provide a response within 14 working days. If further investigation is required, we will keep you updated on the progress.

3. Escalation Process
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a review of your complaint. A senior member of our team will assess the case and provide a final decision within 10 working days.

4. External Resolution
If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, you may seek further advice from external organisations such as:

Citizens Advice (www.citizensadvice.org.uk)
Trading Standards (via your local council)
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services if applicable
